- A new special feature is username registration, that allows a user to reserve their username for their use only. They can also have their html-handle come up automatically when they first enter the chat with this feature.
- Upgrades are free. We reserve the right to modify the chat scripts as may be required without prior notice.
Simply email your request to:  with answers to the following questions:
- Do you frequent our chats? If so, which chat and what is your usual handle?
- What will be the "theme" of the chat?
- How soon do you want the chat up and running?
- Is the chat going to be public or private, open or password protected? chat-styles
- Do you want your chat listed on the chatlist? (if so, please supply a 25 to 30 word description).
- What will the chats name be? (also, please supply the name for the frontpage URL in one of the following formats: MyOwnChat.html, My_Own_Chat.html, myownchat.html.)
- Please indicate whether you will be sending payment for 6 months or one year. We accept checks, money orders, or cash. (cash sent at your own risk).
How you operate your chat is completely up to you with the following miminal requirements:
- Owners must avoid any illegal activities, excessive pornography and not use the chat for advertising purposes for a business unless they own it themselves. This includes outside banners.
- We do not accept chats whos main purpose is cybersex.
- Chat owners are expected to respect the integrity of the other chats on the Chatting.vg server.
- We do reserve the right to cancel chats without refund that do not meet the three requirements above, or cancel with refund chats that are deemed to be not compatible with the smooth operation of chatting.vg chats.
- There is no refund for chatowners if they simply change their minds about having a chat. We will of course refund if in our judgement we have not provided a reasonably working service.
- A notice on chat expiration will be delivered by email two weeks before the chat officially expires. Any time not billed for is free.
- If renewal is not desired, or there is no reply before the expiration date, the chat may be suspended, and then removed/redirected.
- If renewal is not desired, or there is no response in a month chats may be re-directed or simply closed.
- Chats cancelled by the owner or by us can be redirected per the owners request for a period of 6 months.
However they can only be listed on our chatlist for new visitors for two weeks.
